WHAT WE DO

We are dedicated to providing you with boxing workout plans and nutrition tips that are easy to implement and fun to do. If you’re going to workout and eat healthy you might as well do it the fun way. That’s exactly what the south paw is here to help you with. 

Our Story

Our founder, Kaelin Wills, grew up in South Africa and played a variety of sports such as boxing and rugby. He played rugby throughout high school and ended up playing for the Golden Lions Rugby Union. However, his father introduced him to boxing and he’s been passionate about the sport ever since. Join us as we make boxing and healthy nutrition part of our daily lives.

5 minute shadow boxing warm up

– 30 second left hand jab

– 30 second right hand jab

– 1 minute left hand jab, cross and jab

– 1 minute right hand jab,cross and jab

– 1 minute left hand hook, jab, cross, and left upper cut

– 1 minute right hand hook, jab, cross, and right upper cut

Nutrition tips

Oats are great to eat first thing in the morning or in fact any time of the day. They are nutrient dense, meaning they will help give your body what it needs to have energy and feel good throughout the day. Whole oats, low fat milk or yoghurt and some fruit are a great combo.
